Squarespace websites for schools and education providers.

A website that learners and parents can find their way around, inspectors can check in minutes, and your staff can update without a training day. We design and build them on Squarespace, so it stays easy long after we've gone.

For schools, colleges, training and apprenticeship providers, education charities and research organisations.

/ The problem

Sound familiar?

  • Only one person knows how it works

And they're also teaching, running events and answering the phone.

  • People can't find anything

Course details, term dates and how to apply are buried three menus deep.

  • The must-publish bits are a worry

You're never quite sure everything Ofsted, the DfE or your funders expect to see is up to date.

/ What we do

What we can do for your school

/ Questions

Education website questions

Is Squarespace a good choice for a school or college website?

Yes, for most schools, colleges and training providers. It's secure, hosted and updated for you, works well on phones, and it's easy for non-technical staff to use. If you need complex parent logins or payments, those usually stay in your existing systems and we link to them.

Can teachers update their own class pages?

Yes. We set up class and course pages so any member of staff can add photos, news and updates in a couple of minutes, and we show them how in a short training session.

Will the site have everything the DfE says we must publish?

We build a clear section for your statutory information and set it up with the headings you need. You supply the documents and policies, and it's easy to swap them when they're updated.

Is the website accessible?

We design every site to WCAG 2.1 AA, which helps you meet your duties under the Equality Act and makes the site easier for every learner and parent to use.

We're moving from a school website provider. Can you help?

Yes. We bring your pages, news and documents across and redirect your old links, so bookmarks and search results still work.

How much does an education website cost?

From £1,200 for a starter build or from £2,500 for a custom site. You'll get a fixed quote before we start, and you pay Squarespace directly for your plan. See all prices.
