Why people move to Squarespace
Something always needs updating
Plugins, security patches, hosting bills. Squarespace handles all of it, so your site stops being a part-time job.
Only one person knows how to edit it
And they left, or they charge for every change. We build so your own team can update it.
It looks like everyone else's
A template or an AI builder got you online, but it doesn't feel like you. We keep what works and make it yours.
/ Started with AI? Good.
Lost in generation? We'll find you again.
AI is brilliant for getting an idea out of your head. We use it too. But it tends to give everyone the same website, the same logo, the same flyer. Bring us what you've started. We keep what works, make it look like you, and build it properly in Squarespace so you can edit it yourself without starting again.
- A look that's yours, not the builder's default
- Proper structure for Google and AI search
- Built on Squarespace, so no exporting code or paying a developer to change a heading
- Your words stay your words. Need a writer? We'll introduce you to one we trust.

/ Questions
Moving your site: the honest answers
Will I lose my Google rankings?
Not if the redirects are done properly, and that's the part we're most careful with. Every old URL is mapped to its new page, and we submit the new sitemap to Google Search Console on launch day.
How long does a migration take?
Usually four to eight weeks, depending on how many pages and posts you have. Your old site stays live the whole time, and we switch over on launch day.
Can you move my blog posts?
Yes. Posts, images, categories and tags all come across. WordPress blogs can usually be imported straight into Squarespace, and anything that can't is moved across and checked by hand. Every old post address is redirected to its new one.
I built my site with AI. Can you move that?
Yes. Whether it came from an AI website builder or a tool like ChatGPT, we take what you've made, keep what works and rebuild it properly in Squarespace, so it looks like you and you can edit it without touching code.
Do I need to rewrite my content?
No. Your words come across as they are. We tidy the structure and headings so pages read well and work for search, but we don't rewrite your copy. If you'd like a writer, we can introduce you to freelance copywriters we trust.
What happens to my email?
Nothing, if it's done right. Your email usually runs separately from your website, so we only change the settings that point your domain at Squarespace and leave your email settings alone. We check it's working before and after launch.
