Branding & Logo Design

  • Every logo project includes discovery and research, initial concept development, refinements, and delivery of final artwork in multiple formats (SVG, PNG, JPG, and EPS). You’ll also get clear usage guidelines so your brand looks consistent everywhere.

  • Yes - we can build out full brand guidelines to cover logo use, colour palette, fonts, tone of voice, imagery, and more. These help keep your visual identity consistent across print and digital touchpoints.

  • Most logo and identity projects take around 4–6 weeks, depending on scope, feedback rounds, and whether guidelines are included.

  • Absolutely. If your current logo just needs a polish - like modernising type, simplifying a symbol, or creating a responsive version - we can refine it without losing your brand recognition.

  • Yes. Once your final payment is made, full ownership is transferred to you. You’ll receive all the source files and have commercial usage rights.

  • Yes. We offer flexible support options — from quick one-off fixes to monthly retainers — depending on how hands-on you’d like us to be.

  • We can rebuild your site from another platform (like Wix, GoDaddy, or WordPress) within Squarespace, preserving your content and improving design, performance, and SEO.

Graphic Design & Print

  • We handle everything from campaign assets and brochures to social media templates, posters, banners, and event collateral — always aligned with your brand look and feel.

  • Yes — we often create Canva or Affinity templates so your team can update designs easily without breaking brand consistency.

  • We can liaise directly with trusted UK print suppliers or provide print-ready files if you prefer to manage production yourself.

  • Typically two rounds of amends are included in every project, but we’re flexible if you need a little extra polish.

Copywriting & Strategy

  • Yes — our in-house copywriter can help with tone of voice, SEO-friendly web copy, campaign messaging, and content planning.

  • We use our own CopyCrunch system to make that process smooth — it walks you through the key questions to craft effective copy that fits your brand personality.

  • Yes - we build all Squarespace sites with SEO best practices in mind (meta tags, headings, alt text, structured content), and can support with keyword-based copy and ongoing optimisation.
