What is a Squarespace template?
It's a ready-designed Squarespace website with the pages, layouts and styles already in place. You replace the demo content with your own, so you get a professionally designed site without starting from a blank page.
How are yours different from the free Squarespace templates?
Ours are built for a particular kind of organisation, so the pages you need are already there, like donate and volunteer pages for a charity. They're also designed to WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and set up for search from the start, by a Squarespace Circle Platinum Partner who's built over 200 sites.
Do I need a Squarespace subscription?
Yes. The template is a one-off purchase from us, and you pay Squarespace directly for your plan once you're ready to publish. You can build and edit the whole site on a free trial before you pay for a plan.
Can I edit the template myself?
Yes, that's the whole idea. Everything is edited in Squarespace's own editor, and we've used Squarespace's list sections wherever we can, so adding a team member or an event takes a couple of clicks. Each template comes with a step-by-step guide, and you don't need any code.
Can I change the fonts and colours?
Yes. Fonts and colours are set in Squarespace's site styles, so you can change them across the whole site in one place and make the template match your brand.
What if I need help?
Every template includes [30 days of email support], so you can ask us anything while you set it up. If you'd rather we did it all for you, our starter build sets the template up with your content, brand and pages for £1,200.
Can I get a refund?
Because templates are digital products, we can't offer refunds once a template has been transferred to you. If you're not sure a template is right for you, have a good look around the live demo first, or get in touch and we'll happily answer any questions before you buy.
